I recently had orthopedic surgery at Rex Hospital. I just wanted to say that everyone from the surgeon to the housekeeper made me feel like a real Prince. Thank y’all so much. GRV
I had a 'routine' colonoscopy over at the Hillsborough location GI Procedures. Followed their instructions and fasted for 1.5 days prior. Also, took that wonderful 'prep' to ensure I was 'clean'. We got to the clinic approximately 55 minutes before our appointment time and checked-in. The early time is for their 'prep' before the actual appointment. We sat there the 55 minutes and then some. The medical is great. Just don't go to the Starbucks. It's awful. Worst customer service ever.
I have never been treated with more care and compassion then I did at this hospital. Even with everything I was going through I was just amazed at how every member of your staff treated me from the security officer at the emergency entrance to the wonderful Julie who cried and prayed with me during one of the hardest times of my life. Everyone I saw had the best attitude and demeanor that I’ve ever seen in a medical setting. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone. My daughter has been working for UNC a little of 3 weeks and had a nasty fainting spell, the nurses on her floor, the doctors and nurses in the ED were wonderful! They got her right in, ran test and checked on her continuously. Very efficient hospital~~
