I have been trying to call regarding a charge on our account (since 11/28/18) and there is no way to get through to a representative or get resolution. Apparently they are closed for lunch until 12:30 but it’s 12:45 and they are still closed. How are we supposed to confidently put our lives on your hands if you can’t run your accounts department efficiently?

Blood draw lab at main hospital is unclean and unsanitary with negligent nurses who disregard patient privacy.
They have the most caring staff. Never felt in better hands when it comes to being at a hospital. Glad I was transferred here.

Every time I interact with this organization I feel more disrespected than the time before. From loud openly racist rants by A Doctor during a twenty hour wait in the ER to broken computer networks to lost medication to items stolen from my pack while I slept, this place is just plain unsafe. Complacency here will kill you.
Calvin was very helpful, kind and patient with us in the optical shop! My daughter wears miraflex glasses. He took the time to explain her prescription Change to us and what to expect with the transition to new glasses! He took the time to make sure they fit perfectly on her face and the measurements and adjustments were accurate!
My 4yo grandson had eye surgery there and they were fantastic with him! Gorgeous campus and really caring, compassionate staff!
dr. jeffrey Blumberg did my surgery and I had a good experience. healing fast and nice friendly doctor who cares for his patients.
