No one likes to be stuck up in a hospital...but I've gotta say UNC went above and beyond for my wife Denise....and I haveta give a BIG THANK YOU to the nurse that helped me out w parking.....I really appreciate that and I'll never forget ur simple act of kindness .

The staff has been great tbe murses have helped alot they have talked us thru everything. I really appreciate all they habe done for me my husband and family ty all.
FYI, It is extremely difficult to pay a UNC health care bill. I tried to pay online, but had to create an account... which for some bizarre reason needs to send me an activation code. And it's not immediate either. Two days? Seriously? So I tried calling your automated phone system, which is "available 24 hours a day". But once I entered my guarantor number the system tried to transfer me to a person. Of course there is none because it is after hours. This is a seriously flawed system.
Job well done during my mother's stay. Very professional, thorough and accommodating to patient and family members. I would have not expected anything less from the Tarheel family. Champions in all aspects!
Staff was great food was wonderful and the doctors do a amazing job to get you medicine and to find out what is wrong when coming to the Er or being transported to UNC due to lack of knowledge equipment and staff from other hospitals.
Friendly and helpful staff. I was there from end of November to the middle of January for esophagael cancer. They took such good care of me, all of the nurses were so attentive, Dr Long and his entire team are the best!
