After arriving from an international flight, there was only 3 Global Entry kiosks - and one wasn't working! There was no one outside of customs to re-check our bags. We followed the signs, only to find a locked door with a sign reading "Go to Terminal A or B". We found American at Terminal A, had to wait in line (only one agent who was helping others BUY tickets)! He quickly took our 3 bags, only 2 made it to LAX. Add a few more Global Entry kiosks!!!

What an ordeal...SWA you suck!! Original flight was SJC to LAS to ALB...we got on the plane and to the runway then flight was cancelled. Back to the terminal and rebooked for 5 hours later and multi stop trip... SJC to DEN to CHI Midway to ALB...I was suppose to get in around 8:30 PM originally but didn't get in until after 1:00AM AND they lost my bags...Here I am in ALbany...had to teach a class on 4 hours sleep and in the clothes I was wearing yesterday and my stuff still isn't here....Thank you SWA!
