They need to get planes of the runways faster so that the incoming flight is not sitting and waiting 30 minutes on the Tarmac to get to its gate. Because it's occupied by a outgoing flight. Otherwise it was very nice �
Check in was smooth, the size of the terminal was very manageable, no lines at security and everyone working there was quite pleasant.

It's the best alternate to busy SF airport. This here is not so crowded and the traffic & parking is wonderful. I live around the area.
I have traveled extensively between SJC and SAN this year. Love SJC airport! Easy to get around, lines for pre-check are usually not long, restrooms are clean, and the employees are great. On 11/17 - we played gate Bingo for frequent flier miles. And I love the unexpected, but always appreciated give aways (ear buds, eye glass wipes). Love SWA! �

The international arrival is a bad joke. It's just a door onto the side walk. You literally have to wait at the curb in wind and rain for your guests to arrive. And no information about the arrived flights what so ever. I guess the airport owners assume everyone has a mobile phone with Internet connection and they think that they are running this place in Hawaii.
