Been here twice only and I like it the staff are helpful, , the facilities are nice and clean,
Really disorganized with the construction still going on, bad experience trying to get through my layover on Alaska from Mexico to Seattle. TSA has a horrible attitude as well.

The flight was fine. Security and TSA agents could use a customer service refreshment course (ASAP), especially when some people are new to the airport/new air travelers. I witnessed a passenger ask which way his gate was, and the security guard answered him in a very rude manner. Also, when I went through security, the TSA agents acted like everyone is supposed to know exactly what to do, and if they have to tell you what to do/or you ask a question, is as if you're bothering them for doing their job.
