The security situation for early morning flights was very disappointing. There was only one line open and no TSA precheck available. After that debacle, other airport services were great.
Tsa broke my lock and don't know why. Same lock I've always used. I always fly out of SJC airport. This was the first time it happened and I didn't pack anything out of that wasn't out of the ordinary. Just clothes and my lock still got broken into.

Dated airport with little choice of food. Security was a 3rd World experience. Being the host airport of silicone valley high tech world they should update in a big way
It is little expensive compared to SFO and Oakland but flying in and out and airport traffic is very smooth
