So many shops and food options to occupy your time.
Nice clean airport but terrible food. Starbucks staff was great.

TSA ran pretty smooth except a guy with his dog not understanding he had to take the metal leash off of the dog before going through the security check. Other than that, the people at Delta in Terminal A were great. They made sure I was checked in for my second leg and quickly accommodated passengers at the gate.

The airport was nice, even the TSA agents. This was my first trip to San Jose and the people there were incredibly helpful. The only part that sucked was of course getting through security, the lines were out if this world but like I said the agents were nice at least.
I was surprised when I saw how the security line was moving so slow, but I know this that it was only 2 PCA Officers were working...
I was able to find a table and plug and get a lot of work done during my layover. The people working were very friendly and the airport was clean.
