Security lines were unnecessarily long and TSA better than most US airports but still humourless. Airport security does not have to be an unpleasant experience America, have a look at airports literally in any other country. They ALL do it better.

Need to have more TSA lines open for the early flights. The lines were ridiculously long. Kind of looked like Walmart with 10 lanes but only 3 open... Glad we didn't miss our flight!!
I like it here. Near my home. Easy access. No hassle. San Jose International Airport is very convenient for me so i always book my flights here

I like the ease at which you could get through the airport and to the rental cars
I think it is a dirty airport but other than that it was an easy experience to get through TSA and the people were very friendly.
