Security line was very short, fastest I've ever experienced and they were friendly. Road a train ($2.00) to the free airport shuttle from downtown, very convenient. Happy to fly in and out of San Jose airport, will book it again.

RecommendedThe TSA lines were very long and I was surprised at how quickly they moved. They had someone directing people at different points in the line so people didn't stack up in one place. The airport itself was very clean (even the bathrooms), brightly lit and very well decorated. My only negative is it's not very well marked as to how to return to the parking lot and it took a bunch of wrong turns and stopping to ask directions to find our way to the car.

10/10/16 pm: I normally love it (domestic), but just arrived on full flight from London...only TWO customs agents. How is it that they want to serve big intl flights w/ stunningly understaffed customs agents?!? In usa citizen line, Moved only TWO slots in 30 min---insane!!! No one is servicing non-citizens so they merge into our lines. If this is the way it will be staffed, im back at sfo!!!
It wasn't too bad, they were a little slow with our luggage but the airport overall was good.
