Very on organized and no one willing to help you have a question about your delayed flight and no one has answers very frustrating. Ask to speak to a supervisor who told me to go online and leave comments there. Don't understand why you have a supervisor if they cannot handle complaints and send you to websites where you can speak to no one.
First time flying out of there, very good experience. Will definitely consider it for future travel.

Quite small and quiet when I went through. There is a shuttle bus between the two terminals (and the car rental) but seems like a smaller alternative to San Francisco airport (which was very busy when I passed through)
I love San Jose airport, very easy airport, have lots of options for food. The people are really nice.
American Airlines is AWFUL!!! The staff is not consistent on policy and procedures. The managers refuse to deal with customers. HORRIBLE customer service and travel experience. My 4 year olds were better behaved than the customer service representatives. The baggage check in staff made us miss our flight for a family wedding in CANCUN!!! Fortunately, the Dallas American Airlines (connecting flight after we missed our first flight) were far exceeding their San Jose coworkers and we made it to Cancun. Very comfortable and friendly airport. Travel ready food is limited.
It took 2 hours for my family to get through customs. Very terrible planning on their part for Mexico, China and Japan international arrivals. ��
