our fight was delayed more than an hour but its good we arrived LAX airport safely
I travel every week for work. This is my favorite of all the Bay Area airports. From Security check to good selection of food and cleanliness of bathrooms. Baggage claim gets them our quickly too.
Small but international airport in the heart of the Silicon Valley of beats flying into SFO and getti g stuck intraffic for 2 hours to come to the south bay,easy-to-use layout, quick in and out with out any confusing terminals. Rental cars to shuttles everything is relatively close no long walks.
Let's start with the terrible trek to the bus to get a rental car or the rude TSA agents and finish up with the lack of a Delta Sky Lounge. Just a terrible experience all around, not one good thing to say.

SJC is a very nice airport to fly into or out of. People were nice and helpful. TSA checkpoints were quick and painless.
Airport is ok. Getting from Terminal A arrival to the Rental Car Shuttle is quite a hike and I almost never see the TSA pre line open in Terminal A at check in. What's the point in paying for TSA pre and going through the process, if I then still have to take my computer out in the normal line, so TSA can put their people in the Clear line to sell that one now???????

Being in Silicon Valley it has lot of traffic but operation is smooth systemic therefore you don't feel pinched.There is always room for improvement.
