Both times I've gone through San Jose instead of Sacramento I've had delays, think I'll stick with Sac and drive the extra miles!

The security line had 3 TSA pre and one regular with about 1000 people in line on Sunday Sep 18 at 12 noon. I had to ask people so I can advance and clear security in 45 mins. It's crazy for this small airport. I might as well go to SFO like I normally do. Do something and keep SJC moving fast. If we have to come here 2 hrs ahead, I will go to SFO as with my united status the line moves fast. Trying to use SJC for local SW flights.

Enterprise rental was great. My wife needed a wheel chair to get to the terminal. They drove us there. Check in was fast and because my wife was in a wheel chair we sailed through. When we got home we realized our bags had been gone through and we were missing many items. Southwest was the airline. I don't know if Southwest employees do the search or if it's TSA but thieves none-the-less.
