Rental car return is not well planned and please divide the 8 elevators in the rental car center into two separate sides!
TSA precheck line is never open. Can't get departing planes out of gates on time, or arriving planes into gates. Take the extra time and go to SFO or OAK. If I never fly into SJC again, it will be too soon.

Lines through security are longer than waiting for a ride at Disneyland! Give yourself plenty of time.

It's so convenient to my HQ, but they handle security oddly. Everyone has to wind through the long security line maze and Pre-checkers are pulled out just before the ID check. Maybe it's a temporary thing?
