The lines are getting crazier. There were a few people who did not anticipate that the security line was that bad, they tried to cut the line and got yelled at by the security. I think the main reasons is that the TSA doesn't hire enough staff. Many checkpoints were not used!

If you want to make your flight, show up 2-3 hours ahead of time because security will take an hour. Also be ready for people who showed up an hour before their flight asking you to cut in line. If you're flying Southwest Airlines, the incompetent workers will insist you go into the express line even after you've told them you still need a boarding pass. When you get to the front of the line the attendant will then tell you to go to a different line. SJC, don't bother writing me an apology because it'll be a waste of time ju... read more

Security line moves slower than an amusement park ride. Lots of people are getting angry as they run out of time.
Took over an hour to get through security as they only had one lane open and missed our flight. TSA agent complained to us that "peolle think it's their fault". It is.

Very rude,and unfriendly tsa. No one smiles and they treat you like they hate you. Hope to never fly to or from San Jose ever again.
