Very poor check-in with bags. Got to wait over an hour in a very uncrowded day...
Lots of room, good food options, plenty of seating. Car rental VERY conveniently located on airport property. Only wish the moving sidewalk originally planned could be added. Have been in and out of this airport twice a month for over 12 years. The new terminals are fantastic. Those complaining might indicate the airline as there troubles seem to be there and not the facility.
This is the 2nd time in 3 weeks that the TSA line is very long. To the point they were not letting people up to the 2nd floor because the line was so long. This is unacceptable. They could have open up more screening stations. There were plenty of agents just standing around doing nothing. Lora Cox
Hated every second of being in this airport. TSA is completely overrun with all the passengers. ONE line open.
Security line took 1.5 hours. One screening station open and one person checking IDs. The line included all the wrap-arounds possible and still went down the escalator!!

Southwest Airlines was great but the TSA area was horrific. We arrived two hours early for an internal flight and STILL missed our flight! Figure this out!
