They ticket uber and lyft drivers because of the taxi cronies. This is bullshit. Our tax dollars helped pay for this and we shouldn't need to spend even more money for shitty taxi service. Recommend you use SFO, OAK or other destinations until SJC fixes this.
Gosh, I volunteer here, but have flown in and out a few times and I find everyone quite helpful, although, not sure if TSA just likes to hold me up, but I get stopped every time. As a volunteer, 99% of the passengers are nice. That 1% can be miserable. LYFT and WINGZ both are allowed at SJC. Uber can be picked up at the Light Rail Station on First street and at the Santa Clara CAL TRAIN Station. Before you complain, seek the help of a volunteer.

Everyone at this airport is extremely unprofessional, from the check in clerk at the JetBlue counter who made me "size" my carry on when it was clearly "in regulation size" (which is extremely disappointing because I love flying jet blue) to the TSA guy that frowned at me for having a digital boarding pass (shocker it's 2015!) to the other TSA agent who pat me down twice and scanned me for explosives because there was a bottle of water in my bag! And lastly the Hudson news attendant who didn't even offer me a bag when I spen... read more
