It's been years since I got a car from Serra should have followed my first mind and NOT gone. This one year program is a BIG BIG LIE! We were told when we bought our vehicle join this program pay on time for a year come and get a new one.the next year Thay was a LIE! We went back this week they tried to give me another used car. The one I have is 2014 great condition inside they try to give me a 2018 with cuts on the interior.. They said $3,500-$4,000 down and $900 note.
