Great people, great service. Came into the store to buy a car. I was automatically greeted with friendly smiles. Our sales agent Nick was fantastic. He made sure my husband and I were taken care to the fullest. Once we decided on a car, our sales manager was very pleasant and we were able to reach a final sale with no stress at all. A simple process. The dealership was clean and I felt very safe being at this dealership during COVID. I now drive a 2020 Kona and part of the Hyundai family.

Service department is wonderful and not pushy at all. They will explain recommended needs without pressure...I always get get the same service manager which makes me comfortable, I know that he will take care of what I am there for and he always make sure that any recalls are answered without me even asking about it. This Hyundai stare really is a Superstore

Norm Reeves Hyundai is awesome. How awesome? Let me tell you a story... This vehicle is new to me, but she's definitely not new. I'm still not quite used to her yet, and when my power doors stopped working except for when I powered them through the main console, I was heartbroken. Also confused. I took my minivan in for a warranty repair on the brakes, but I thought I'd ask if they could check on the side doors.
