I would NOT recommend. The service department has terrible customer service and communication. Tyler B. Davis was the contact person for the repair. He initially told me that he would call to provide updates. He would not call. I would have to call him. Each time there wouldn’t be any updates. This place is busting with incompetence, rude staff and management in the service department. Your first stop with the person who answers the phone is rude and nasty (mentioned elsewhere), service advisors don’t call back, the work done is subpar and sometimes incomplete. The service manager is condescending and the dealership manager doesn’t return your calls. But the dealership will call you repeatedly to trade in your car. Definitely one of the worst dealerships out there.
Service department are the worst they hold the cars for months and do not care, they will not call back when you call them and they will leave you on the phone line for hours when you talk to them they tell you they will call you back and nothing, Will was rude and non helpful, he got fired and now Kimberly or Jay do not have any answers. Do not buy or put your car in service with this guys they are not profesional at all
Every time I go there I have a terrible customer service experience. This is the third time in a row this has happened and they have definitely lost me as a customer.Ironically, the third strike is related to them offering me a free detailing to make up for the poor service I received last time. After waiting for 2.5 hours (they had told me it would be 1.5 to 2 hours) they told me my car was done but they didn’t do the detailing because the crew had already left for the day…… See more

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Promises not kept, sales people that didn’t know their business, and they did not keep to reviewing the car with consumers before sending them off with it - which led to the aforementioned broken promises. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Stay far away from this place.

I purchased two vehicles and a co signer on a third vehicle. Terrence the sales person was excellent in assisting me and my granddaughter in the purchasing of these vehicles. He was able to explain the fact about the three and very helpful setting up the instruments.
I had a pleasure with Terrance and gave me the best service I could ask for. He made my first time buying a car a breeze, and went through everything with me. Very blessed to be able to cross paths here and to get exactly what I wanted! 10/10 would recommend!!!
