Not happy with my experience. I have an Ioniq EV, I scheduled an appointment for servicing. Yes my car, an EV, has required servicing. What kind of service? Rotating my tires. But when I brought my car there, they tried to up sell me on getting a wheel alignment. The service advisor told me that “they” recommended it every year or 15thousand miles. Great service from Tim in the Service Department and excellent communication.
