Salespeople (K. Bashir) & finance mgr. were professional & knowledgeable. Store was clean & everyone was courteous and not pushy.

Gary O. helped me with my service, I see that there are many bad reviews but I had no complaints. I left my car there all day, but it’s to be expected. They have so many cars to work on, they’re not some small oil change company, they’re a dealership with many cars to work on. I didn’t mind. Overall service is good but this time the customer service person O’Neil that helped me on Tuesday 7th never called me back in regards to my extended warranty I sent him 2 emails and left him a phone message never replied so he’d get a 3 star. If you need a excellent CS person ask for Hemanshu Bagga he returns phone calls and emails. Very professional.

Customer service was fabulous. I was notified as soon as my car was ready.
Their service dept is the worst. Reps don't listen to the problems, they take forever to repair your car, then charge you through the nose.
