Had a terrific experience there. Spoke to a head salesperson Jake Weber, told him what I wanted as far as a vehicle for my daughter. We discussed price I wanted to pay. He came back with a suggestion that I step up to next level model because of the safety features and it would make only a few dollars difference in monthly payment. Norm Reeves sales person acts perfectly to uphold the negative stereotype of used car salesmen. I went in to see about financing the lease buyout amount for a Hyundai Sante Fe. The sales guy automatically included Gap insurance and an Extended Warranty quoting a monthly payment much higher than my lease amount. I requested to see the details of the costs. Very friendly. Czar was very helpful. Didn’t feel rushed and he took his time answering all my questions and concerns. Went in just to test drive the car and left with an amazing deal that other dealerships couldn’t match. Wonderful experience!

I had a early morning appt. the service writer was helpful and listened to the issues of my car. It was quite expensive..but service writer found out my car still under warranty. So I was able to get 3 more repairs done and saved alot. I am so impressed that during this co-vid 19 crazyness..they had everything running smoothly. They were so busy..were all just so thankful to get our cars serviced. I will be taking my car to Norm Reeves Hyundai in Cerritos again.
