Do not use their service department! I have bought several cars from them with no problem, but the service is going down..Not only did they lie about rotating my tires, but they over charged me. Told me that I would receive a credit on my bank account within 2 days for the over charges. Well it’s been two weeks, 4 calls to them and still no credit. Even left messages with the service manager with no response. I’m not a complainer nor do I write reviews but thought y’all should know this.
What can be said about the Best Hyundai Dealership around they are the Best of the Best , Just purchased my second Hyundai from Ralph Sellers Ashley and Tim are excellent like dealing with family made my purchase of my 2022 Elantra so easy . At Ralph Sellers they take excellent care of your needs and their customer service is extremely superior. I highly recommend this excellent dealership . Bertha

Lia Hyundai of Enfield on Palomba drive is an absolute rip off. I bought a brand new car not even a year ago and had 5 lights turn on with a scratching noise that made me question something was wrong. I dropped everything and drove to the dealership as the service light warned me I needed service. My salesman Glenn “Vito” was really easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was buying . He has contacted me a few times to make sure everything was going well. He seems to really care.

Honesty & integrity abode abundantly at Mack Grubbs Hattiesburg. In the world of upcharges and salesmen ripping purple off it was such a HUGE relief to come here, purchase a vehicle at a reasonable price, get an excellent trade in without haggling, and leave with exactly what I wanted.
