Friendly and effective staff. From test drive to approvel only took about 30 minutes and had a great time chatting with John while waiting on financial paperwork. The best car buying experience I've had.

I was told to drop off my car on Tuesday and it would be ready Wednesday. When I went to pick up the car on Wednesday the car was not ready which put me at an inconvenient because that’s my main transportation to and from work. When I went to go pick it up on Thursday they said they just got the part in and that I can wait 30 minutes or they would give me a ride home so I decided to wait wthe 30 minutes turned into one hour. I bought my 2018 Kona brand new here and take it here every 6 months for its oil changes and any services it needs to have done to it. They are always so pleasant and ready to help. Very nice place and they really went above and beyond to get me into my Kona. I highly recommend Hyundai of Columbia.

Sales person great. Was at dealership seven hours to close deal, ) didn’t haggle over offer, should have, two weeks ago they were paying $3000.00 more for our trade in), finally completed the signing of documents, a very nice black man that worked there gave me a team one cap, WOW
