5 stars for Steve Lee and my first ever experience with Cerritos Hyundai. I’ve docked it to three and I would like to give none but that wouldn’t be fair to Sonu for my second experience, he can have 5 stars too. But the finance part of my second experience just keeps getting worse and worse and now I’m just pissed off beyond belief. I went in to test drive fed a2018 Santa fe sport. Loved it but was not ready to buy until I did more research. They gave me a price and never got pushy. Richard and Vito were great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. After doing or research and price comparisons we returned to cerritos Norm Reeves Hyundai and bought our new Santa fe! Even after the sale was done they spent the extra time to show me features and help me set up my new car apps. I would highly recommend them!
The Hyundai USA has the promotion is test drive at the dealership and get the Amazon $50 gc and dealership never sent me the gift card, call the salesperson few times he always said need the manger to sign the approval but has been 2 months never received gc, base on the honestly buy Hyundai from other dealership....
I just couldn’t wait to review my service experience today. I have been a loyal client to this dealership for years but today was the worst ever. I was greeted if you can call it a greeting by Noel Cáceres. This guy has the wort attitude ever to a point that he looks down at you. He was extremely rude. If I could give a score less than ZERO, I would . This guy definitely needs an attitude adjustment. Just Horrible!
