Vito was awesome! He made it easy getting a car. No sales pressure. Hes Legitimately there to help you best as he can. After signing all the documents it was late and after hours, he still stayed late to help explain all the electronics in the car which he didn't have too. The manager was terrible when I was there. He simply did not want to accomodate me because I wanted to purchase a car that was not as expensive as the one he wanted to get off his lot. Rude and unpleasant alert! I went to Commerce Hyundai and got terrific service. I highly recommend them over Cerritos.

Let's see how everyone likes their new Hyundai from "Norm Reeves Hyundai" after the lot boy either drives it onto the wash rack incorrectly and damages the rims, or crashes it into another customers car on it's third oil change. Then, if that doesn't PISS you off, before the 3 year warranty items are up, you go to them with a list of things to be fixed, after three weeks or more, and several phone calls, they don't get back with you to bring your car in for repairs!
