They were kind enough to tell us a car was available and they would have it ready when got there. After driving 2 hours, we were informed the car had sold an hour before we arrived. The salesman, Joel, could not notify us because he did not write down the correct phone number. Now, I have wasted 4 hours of my time for absolutely no reason. Definitely would not recommend.

Recommendedrecommend: but brought my elantra in for oil change and tire rotation. tech. did rotate the tires but forgot to change the oil. service rep called me back as i was leaving the lot.

The Landmark Collision Center does reasonable work, but the customer service is horrible. I was promised that the collision center would call me once the representative spoke with the other party's insurance company. Unfortunately I never received a call. I had to call the person's insurance company to find out about the conversation the insurance company had with the collision center.
