RecommendedBryan Cagle was excellent to work with in sales department. He took as much time as I needed, was very knowledgeable about the Santa Fe line I was looking at. Easy to work with, I highly recommend him. Also and very,very important ...my thanks to Bill Oelkers who spent 2 hours after the sale to explain and demonstrate the operation of every single electronic and safety feature. We set up everything as we wanted and we could never have done this be reading the owners manual. Bill has the patience of a saint!

Customer service was great! My entire buying experience was awesome! No pushing u. They really be patient and very considerate to your needs of what you want. Also in my experience they will go the extra mile to get u financed. I bought a brand new Hyundai and I’m loving it!!! I am very angry this morning I have purchased 3 vehicles from Cavanaugh Hyundai I recieved service beyond and above from Mr Hooks and I can't thank him enough. And I am overly gracious to Mr. Sims as well. My problem is with the service department for lack of a better word they suck. I have never ever had a good experience with them. They only time I can get anything done is to go there and act real ugly. I shouldn't have to do that. The way they treat customers should not be allowed. I will be talking to Matt Cavanaugh.
