Norm Reeves Hyundai in Cerritos is awesome!!! I've never had a brand new car and most of my older cars were bought from friends or family members, so car shopping at a dealership was new to me. I had the most wonderful experience at Norm Reeves Hyundai. After being treated so horrible at South Bay Hyundai in Torrence and leaving crying and angry... Jon Haidar was amazing to me. He was kind, caring, honest and really went above and beyond to make things right. I got a beautiful new Elantra and I am so happy. I have the highest praise for this dealership.
We had a wonderful experience at Norm Reeves Hyundai. From the minute we met Sonu and drove off the lot we had excellent customer service. We walked in and knew exactly what we wanted to lease. There was no pressure to purchase more than what we needed. Working with their finance manager was quick and easy. Sonu discussed the owners manual and went through all the key features of the vehicle. We will definitely be returning to this dealership in the future and recommend it if you are in the market for a Hyundai.
