I'm happy with the Hyundai Kona that I leased here. The only complaint I have is that the $400 turn in fee at the end of the lease nor the $300 Purchase option fees were not disclosed at the initiation of the lease. I only discovered these buried charges when I examined the lease more closely after taking home the vehicle. It certainly was educational, but disappointing.
I would highly recommend Hampton Ford Hyundai to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Last weekend I brought a close friend of mine to look and possible purchase a new F-150. We meet with Michele Magnusson a very professional sales associate who not only listened to my friends specifications for a new truck, but delivered the perfect truck. I previously went to the dealer where I bought my truck for a repair on my F 150's 4 wheel drive. The problem wasn't fixed and I brought it to Hampton Ford where the issue was finally resolved. Turns out the first dealer didn't follow through with what was needed. Jason the svc mgr was great to work with and going forward I will be going to Hampton Ford for my repairs.
Joshua was a great salesperson to work with, made us feel very at ease no pressure. Kevin did the same as our finance person. Will definitely shop again at AutoNation Hyundai.

In 2016 we bought our first Hyundai Sonata Hybrid with the expert help of Chu Kwon Lassor. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. That meant a lot then, and is especially relevant in these current times. Fast forward to now, and we just completed another sale with Chu for a newer model of the same vehicle.
