Just bought a 2018 F-150 last month June 29.Josh is an awesome salesman! Second time buying an F-150 from him since 2013 to 2018. He’s was very helpful in finding me the best deal possible (both times). He found me exactly what I was looking for and if they don’t have it in store he will find it and get it delivered to the dealer. I would totally recommend asking for him if your interested in buying a ford.

Had the BEST new car buying experience. I live out of state and was working with Melissa Cervantes. Not only did she find the car of my wife's dream, she was able to get it at a better price than any of my local dealers in my state. She was an expert in her knowledge of the vehicle, and quick with her documents. Time was not wasted. I flew out to get it, and the paperwork took less than 2 hours. Called yesterday to put some parts on hold for my truck. Came today to pick them up and they told me someone else sold the parts that were being held for me. No more left in stock they could check what stores might have them but "aren't allowed to call to confirm or put them on hold." Or I could come back later when they are in stock. I came when I came because i put them on hold. When I mess up at work I fix the problem. When Norm Reeves Ford messes up, you're on your own apparently..
