My Service and Recall Appointment was for 8:30. I arrives at 7:45 and waited in line for about 20 minutes then a Service Rep did my paperwork and asked if I would be waiting for my car. I said I would be waiting and he told me it would be at least a two and possibly three hour wait. I was prepared for the wait and went to the waiting room. I was there for service and had the absolute worse day ever!!! Showed up at 11:30 sat in line until 12:10 for a 12 o’clock oil change appointment eventually rolled out of there at 4:20pm!!! Did I mention I had a 12 o’clock appointment scheduled?

Norm Reeves is unresponsive to emails regarding an issue with my financing. I walked into the dealership with financing and they ended up switching to a different bank with a little higher interest rate. I have sent three emails to different levels within the dealership, including the General Manager and they won't respond. I am now going to check the legality of what they are doing. Its sad, because I really like my salesperson.
