Very disappointed I took my car for service and noticed same issues took it to a different mechanic and they show me how the mechanics from ford didn’t do their work, after charging for a valve gasket that was never replaced now all the oil contaminated other parts of the motor that’s called fraud

I had the best experience purchasing my vehicle from Norm Reeves Lincoln. Mike O’Connor who is the concierge from Auto Club (AAA) made my experience stress free. I can’t say the same for the car service. I should not have to wait 4 hours before being updated, even after going to the Lincoln counter to speak with someone. And I don’t like being lied to. I give Rafael Gonzales a 5 star rating on efficiency and politeness with which he handled the service on my Edge. He expedited the service quickly and made sure as a Senior Citizen all my need were met and explain well. I will definitely be going back to him again at Norm Reeves Ford in Cerritos.
