My salesman made my shopping with my Granddaughter for a car one of pleasure as he showed us several potential models. He was polite,calm and professional. The financial dept was really wonderful as they helped determine what bank would help with a loan. They were super good people. I came in for a recall on my Explorer and was met with efficient, friendly and fast service. Daniel Sanchez went above and beyond to assist me. My car handle broke off when I arrived home from picking up my car. I went back and within 15 minutes Daniel had taken my car back to service fixed it and brought it back to me. Excellent customer service; knowledgeable sales and service staff. Being a loyal customer definitely has its rewards. Great experiences with the service department going above and beyond to help me. Today’s new cars have so many options, but their staff patiently helped me navigate through them.
Came in to get my oil changed as well as a routine checkup on my car and was treated very well, being offered a quick wash of the car as well and Rafael going through everything they checked on my car and how it was all at optimal levels. Really happy with the service here.
My service writer Raphael took really good care of me . I would give him 5 stars for customer service And would recommend them to anybody.
