They made it easy to schedule service at a time convenient for me and got it done quickly because I was waiting.
Called in for a last minute unexpected battery replacement. I was told to come in without an appt, I wasn’t given attitude when mentioned I didn’t have an appt. The shop didn’t burst into flames at my arrival. Raymond welcomed me in and got it taken care of! Even took care of the recall on my car. The Yes, Cerritos shuttle was unexpected and great! They have stops at all the dealers, and take you to the mall’s food court. So I didn’t have to sit at the dealer staring awkwardly at service staff.
For the excellent service received from the service advisor. They take care of their customers. I rate them 5 all the way.
