The shop didn’t burst into flames at my arrival. Raymond welcomed me in and got it taken care of! Even took care of the recall on my car. The Yes, Cerritos shuttle was unexpected and great! They have stops at all the dealers, and take you to the mall’s food court. So I didn’t have to sit at the dealer staring awkwardly at service staff.
