I was very pleased with their customer service. My advisor Jose Torres was amazing. He really outdid himself for me. Everytime I asked him questions about my car or service satus he provided accurate information. He even took care of my worries like if I had to leave my car overnight, he advised that they had a shuttle who would gladly take me home. The lounge area was very clean with fresh coffee and vending machine with desserts in case you gotta be there for a few hours. They have a few power outlets to charge cell phone ... read more

Prices are to high, they only wash certain “people’s” cars
Even though my car was in the shop for five weeks, Rafael Gonzales, my service rep, did an awesome job of communicating with me in regards to the status of my car. He helped me get an upgrade rental car so my transportation was somewhat similar to what I was used to driving. He responded to my texts quickly and worked hard to keep me updated. He did everything he could to get me back in my car as quickly as possible. He’s the best!!
