Great experience goes bad! They definitely don’t put the customer first here! I had the best experience from my salesman Israel he was very friendly & went above & beyond to get me the deal I wanted I highly recommend him! I exchanged the car I bought with the 5day or 500 mile program for a Ford Edge & I loved this car so much! I had an unexpected tire blowout while commuting back home from work and happened to pull over right next to the Norm Reeves Ford Superstore. Although their service department was already closed for the day, the salesmen inside the dealership were very helpful and told me about Ford roadside assistance and how I could reach them. Roadside assistance wasnt able to help me so I had to leave my car to get serviced the following business day.
