customer service is non existing, when we bought vehicle had to jump thru their hoops waiting till a f and i clerk was available, now I want to cancel esp and I need to sit for a hour to drop a piece of paper off, I call bs, tried messenger. got nothing, not geared to help customers

Had a sincerely GREAT experience during my most recent oil change of a diesel F250. Manager, Al Garcia, was the upmost understanding manger I've came across in a long time. Peace of Mind is really out there! Thank you Al Garcia. John Rempt, service advisor, thank you for sharing your knowledge on the F250's engine 6.4L made in 2008. Nice to see changes made and definitely will be coming back. Thank you Ford.

Norm Reeves Service is easy if you do your part. You make an appointment, so BE A LITTLE EARLY. Be patient and bring something to keep you busy while waiting. NR will keep you up to date on their progress and they want to complete your service ASAP
They have a very nice waiting room and free coffee and they are quick about getting your car in and out.
I had to come in for an oil change and not only they provided me with a great service, but they also took care of some other maintenance that my car needed, and the work super fast to get your car ready on time. Great service nice people would most defiantly go back!!!
