Janice is so great! She helped me get my dream car!!!! Everyone was so nice and helpful!!!! Kevin the finance guy was super funny and really kind. I appreciate everyones help! I was a first time buyer and had like 1000 questions and no one got annoyed by that! And thanks for putting up with my mom taking like a million photos #proudmama lol im referring everyone to norm reeves annnnnd to janice!

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR CAR SERVICED!! If I could, I would give them -5 stars. Last month I dropped my car off to get an oil change on a Saturday morning. When I get back to pick my car up, I get right in my car once it's pulled up & go straight home, which is 5 minutes away from the dealership. I had an appointment at 9 am to check a sensor. I told them I would wait. At 1:30 I had to trow a fit to get them to check on my car! They came back with it only needed to be reset, but the reason I waited so long was they only had 1 mechanic and several cars ahead of me. Why was I not told that in the first place? Why make an appointment if it doesn't make a difference? It actually took 1/2 an hour when they finally got to it. Come to find out the invoice was marked to be completed by 5 not customer waiting. If I could I would give No stars. I purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer platinum. Needed to a replacement for a part under warranty and dropped car off with no service over 2 days. Paid a $600 roof rack going on day 3 not installed yet. No follow up. No service. NO one cares. Asked for manager to call me back and it never happened. My wife wants to buy a ford.. won't be doing it here. Here is bottom line... it's not just it's bad service... literally no one cares over there. Don't do it!!! Haven't even had my used "certified" Ford Escape for 3 months and it overheated due to a crack where the antifreeze goes. Thank goodness I pulled over to cool my engine. I had to pay out of pocket for it, no discount! And they kept my car for 3 day, when I clearly told them what the problem was. Think twice before getting a Ford!! Screw family loyalty! Never again!
