Only complaint is that they sometimes miss some repair diagnoses, however, I purchase and have my cars serviced here. I don't live in the area, but still make the drive. Shame no more car wash with service?
Horrible service dept. 2nd time I've made an appointment..2nd time THEY can't come close to the time frame THEY set. Service center at Cerritos sucks

Bought a new 2016 mustang GT. They gave me a free detail. Scheduled for last Saturday. Dropped it off at 9 am. Noticed the seat belt was twisted. Asked them to look at it. Said it would take 6 hrs. Needed to replace it. Picked it up at 5 pm. No detail or belt. Made appt for today. Dropped off last night. Paid for rental. Got a call saying need to order seatbelt. Got it detailed. But really? 2 days down and a rental and nothing done. Wth.

I made an appointment a few days ago for 4pm yesterday. I specified that my appointment was to fix my air conditioning. I showed up at 4 and was told the ac techs only work until 4. No one could have told me that ahead of time? I said I needed ac work when I made the appointment. No one could have contacted me to tell me I was going to be wasting my time rushing over to be there by 4? Totally inconsiderate!!!
