TODAY WE HAD TO TAKE OUR 12 YR OLD ST BENARD/LAB ( LUCY) TO BE EUTHANSIZED DO TO HIP PROBLEMS. WE WERE TREATED SO GOOD BY THE FRONT DESK AND DR MICHELLE RATHBUN AND HER ASSISTANT. EVERY ONE WAS SO NICE AND CARING. THANK YOU FOR TREATING US WITH UTMOST RESPECT ON THIS DIFFICULT DAY. RIP LUCY 4/24/18

The staff is very friendly and the place is nice and clean. I just don’t understand why it’s at LEAST a three your wait each time I go. It just stinks because I already don’t have a lot of extra time on my hands and I have to take off time from work to go and wait. It’s hard to hold a 40 lb dog that long bc she can’t be on the floor due to not having all of her shots. We brought our dog in because he was vomiting. He needed exploratory surgery, the vet & all employees were great. They talked about our dog by name when we meet. Explained what they found & was very happy with the service. Will always bring my animals back there! Thank you for taking care of our fur baby.
I had to bring my 14 and half petite in to be out to sleep and cremated and this took place at fort wright location you guys and gals were the best. So sincere and sympathetic. Thru the whole process. This was on Dec 14th 2017.
April the vet tech is obnoxiously rude. No thanks! With all the business I give you guys I don’t need her smart mouth telling me about the leash laws in Kenton County. Especially since the dog is injured and cannot wear her harness. I bring a lot of business to you guys....but not anymore. "Compassion. Consistency. Community. These are just some of the core values of Noah’s Ark Animal Clinics." What a joke!
We are always treated like family and Dr. Hogan is a awesome exotic vet. I will always be bringing my babies here.
This place is awesome. Dr Hogan and the staff at Ft. Wright were amazing. We had an awful decision to make as they were closing for the day. They went above and beyond while we made the dreaded decision. Nothing but great things to say about this place!!
