Great vets and staff would not go anywhere else
The vets have a goal to hit x number of teeth extractions per m o nth. Took Yogi in for the slopiest laziest exam ever performed at a cost of $180.Had Yogi scheduled for incisor extraction next week. While doing routine bloodwork for surgery discovered high white blood cell count The abcess turns out to be lymphoma . My dog was seen by 3 different doctors in 3 visits. Well, they tried to sell me 500$ worth of dental surgery on my dog (11 year old golden retriever) that turned out to be lymphoma cancer. If only that vet actually examined him then maybe he would have found the tumor right next to his mouth....but I hear they have contests to determine who SELLS the most oral surgery.
I have been taking all of my Rottweilers to Ft. Wright Pet Care/Noah's Ark Animal Clinic for over 20 years. They have a staff of fine, caring doctors and even my dogs enjoy going there.
I have been taking my children there since 1998 and they have been INCREDIBLE to my babies. They laugh with me and cry with me. They truly care about their patients. Love Noah's Ark and their incredible staff in Ft Wright !
Apparently when you updated your facility, you filled it with rude and incompetent human beings. Not to mention you've raised your prices making it nearly impossible to get good care for your animals unless you want to pay out the nose. I used to recommend and speak highly of this place, now I let everyone know to avoid it- you might as well go to petsmarts vets office, you'll pay just as much and treated just as poorly. But at least there they actually care about your pet.
NAAC in Ft. Wright has always provided the very best in care. What I am happy to see is newly renovated facilities and the innovative use of technology with the ability to check your status in line to see your vet. Keep it up NAAC Ft. Wright...job well done.
My cat was shot (!!!!) in 2011 and the vets at Noah's Ark took excellent care of her, both in surgery and afterward, preventing infection and making sure she got back to normal. I am happy to say she's walking and jumping on all 4 legs as if nothing had happened. Since that time, she's had bad luck with her health, ranging in severity from pink eye to bladder control. Thanks to Dr. McGlasson, who has seen all my pets through the years, but has gone above and beyond to care for this VERY high maintenance animal.
If you are looking for a great vet for your pets, you will not be disappointed at Noah's Ark Animal Clinic in Ft Wright. I have been using them many years for all my animals. Dr McGlasson and the staff are the only group I trust with my pets. Compassionate, Loving , Caring And Professional Attention to any need my pets have had.
