Dr. Hogan was awesome. She was so polite and so nice during the visit. She helped me with all my questions and was quick to help my little Stardust. She even gave me information on neutering my male cavy. She's definitely going to be the vet I go to if I have any more problems with my cavies. The wait was a bit long but how nice the staff was really made up for it. Definitely coming back
I just returned home from my first visit at Noah's Ark in Ft. Wright. I could not have asked for a kinder staff - from Alicia at the front desk, Emily my tech, Dr. Matt McGlasson and the check out process. They took very good care of my Feisty Girl and immediately diagnosed what was going on. Plus, I was not bankrupted. I thought the charges were very fair. However, nothing can compare to kindness to me and my animal, and the professional care we received. Thank you!
They tried putting down a kitten that someone threw out on Christmas Eve I made them give her back and I nursed her back myself she is getting fatter and fatter every day Gums are nice and pink and she is spoiled rotten and loved but most OF ALL SHE IS ALIVE!!!! AND IT DID NOT COST ME $ 400$ THEY wanted to kill her over moneyb
I honestly can not say enough good things about them. Dr Black and Dr Bowen are the primary vets we see for our kids. Today we brought in Ruger to remove his 40 something staples and like 15 stitches from bloat and twisted stomach.. The vet tech was just plain awesome. Ruger is like 170 pound Great Dane so his is not a easy animal to move around and is very stubborn. We will not go anywhere else for care.
We called very early in the day about our dog being sick and they were apparently busy and placed ne on hold several times then told me to leave a message for the technician and they would call me back. Well it hasn't happened as of yet. I hope for their animals sake they treat their pets better than they gave mine. I think they need to change their slogan, it's not very comforting.
