Been waiting almost 2 hours & still not even in a room. I'm finding another vet. This is not worth it.
My baby boy was neutered here yesterday. He looks like he was butchered! His ball sack looks like they took a layer of skin off with the clippers when they shaved him! I called and asked if i could send a pic to show doctor but they cant receive pics,ok fine,maybe i can send to you and you show doc. I've been taking my dogs here for years Boo Boo my oldest and she has a skin issue Dr Lee is the only Dr I will see there she was misdiagnosed in the beginning and Dr Lee is determined to get her problem straighten out
I took my German shepherd to have her hips checked June 1st. I've called many times to get the results but each time they don't haven't heard anything yet. July 1st I called again and once again no results. They offer to give me the phone to call them and get the results myself! What really?! So I called and the X-ray office hasn't received any information on my dog! $200.00 dollars later no results and now the office won't talk to me. They will have a doctor call...well they never do!!! Way too long of a wait with so many vets on staff.
I have been purchasing flea treatment from Noah's Ark for years w no problem till now. Stopped to get the monthly meds for two cats and was told I could not purchase for Bella unless I brought her in for an exam. She doesn't need an exam, she's fine and healthy. I just need the meds. Great way to piss off a long time customer and scam more money out of them. Angry and disappointed that you did this.
I really don't understand why there is a small army of people here and I'm waiting for over 2 hours to get 2 shots. We waited for an hour to get in a room and it's been over an hour since we got in this room and still haven't sent a tech or a vet
