Recommendedfriendly service. my cat was very comfortable with the staff.
My poor dog suffered from a constant ear infection. I finally took him to a vet that realized that there was actually a tumor in his ear. He also said there was no way they were seeing his ear drum since it was completely blocked by the tumor. I let Noah’s ark treat him for 8 months thinking they knew what they were doing. Never again will they touch one of my fur babies
This is my second visit for an ongoing problem for my dog and everybody has really been amazing. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful. 👍🙂👍
The staff are very pleasant and willing to help with any questions. Dr. McGlassin and Dr. Koopman are extremely knowledgeable and personable.
I went to the one in Ft. Wright KY and they were great with our fur baby! The vet kept him so calm and was amazing. Totally reccomend!
My poor 11 y/o yellow lab/golden mix was having horrible allergies, and now 24hrs after starting new meds, shampoos, and ear/foot cleaner, he’s back to himself!! I couldn’t be more thankful for you for giving me my Mack-a-Doo back!! We went to the Florence KY location, no wait, no judgment as I brought in a smelly dog with oozing eyes, and no hair on his hind end and tail. You all are awesome!
They did emergency surgery on my cat last night when my regular vet was worried about money this vet was worried more about our girl! They set us up on a payment plan and did the surgery. Thank you for caring so much.
No long waiting.They will give you a call to let you know how many people are ahead of you so you don’t have to wait for hours. They were very gentle and kind to our little Princess! I would give them a 5 star rating!
