I took my 5 year old Pitt mastiff boy in he started no eating on a sat and Monday evening I took him in they gave me several plans to choose from talked about a tick test . I said no he has never had a tick on him . They gave him some injections for a fever and done the tick test anyways. Sent us home with medicines . And he died less than 24 hrs later . Never again!!!!! Will I take my dogs there. I was so furious and loss with our my Diesel.

I will NEVER take another animal here ever again. Because of them not taking the time to figure out what was really wrong with my puppy , we almost lost him. Thankful for Central Kentucky Veterinarian for not stopping until they knew why he was so sick!

Well let me start with the fact that they miss diagnosed and treated my dog for a year for something he didn't have. This dog has suffered needlessly for months for no reason. I wouldn't take a snail to this shotty organization. I mean if you want your pet to suffer or die by all means take them here. I simply can't imagine why this place is still in business. it took me taking him to a real veterinarian to get properly diagnosed. Bottom line if you're truly worried about your animal take them somewhere else.

I can’t say enough good things about all of the help at Noah’s ark in Florence. My one-year-old boxer was hit by a car after he escaped at our house. He had to have surgery a couple of days later at another location but I’ve been bringing him back to the Florence location for his bandage changes. The staff is nice and helpful and very loving on my guy. The doctors always called me for a follow up and everyone is doing a fantastic job. Under the circumstances of Covid obviously there are some places that are not closed so the... read more

So, I love my kitty. He was lethargic, runny nose, continuously sneezing...but his personality changing freaked me out. They had a ton of patients and weren’t taking anymore (they should have time at home with their fur family too!). I told them that I understood however, if they could give me a few minutes, I would be appreciative. They graciously took my crying messed up self in. They warned me that em the wait would be long, I advised that I was infringing on their schedule - not a problem. They were in the room within 35... read more

To be a walk-in facility, their “wait list” is a joke and they won’t serve your pet unless you’re on the wait list (excluding emergencies). So if it’s “full,” you can’t rely on them to serve your pet EVEN if you’re a loyal customer. So, if your pet gets injured in the late afternoon (and doesn’t meet their “emergency” requirements), they won’t see you and will refuse your service UNLESS you call (3) hours before close to be put on the list. Edit to add: I called AN HOUR before they closed because the emergency in my case is ... read more

Extremely long wait times. We check-in at fourth in line, and have sat and watched way more than that amount come out and even more go in before us. Check-in times should be just that. Not moving times around. Not making customers wait over an hour.

Just did online check in with visit at location and they are so great with the animals. Messaged me when time to meet at door, called me prior to the vet visit for any of my concerns, and informed me what would be done. Then when finished, called me for billing process. Then she was brought to the door. This new normal was an experience but well worth it. Thank You.
