Went there yesterday with a dog that I just acquired. Was unsure of the checkin process but it worked out wonderfully. I was able to keep working then when the line dwindled down and it got close to me, they sent me a reminder telling me to get there soon. I want to sincerely thank the team in Ft Wright. I was completely a mess when I realized my dog ate about 10 grapes. I called a friend who highly recommended your clinic. They quickly took my pup into the office. They treated him immediately. I wasn’t able to go in because of COVID19, but they had a whole team greeting me at the door and processing him in. Noah’s Ark is an amazing vet! The nurses and Dr’s take great care of my dogs and also are friendly to human companions lol. My Bruno has severe allergies and is a very large boy and the vet has never discriminated against his breed and treat him with so much love! They make going to the vet fun and a happy experience. All I have to do is ask my dogs if they want to go see the dr’s and they get excited!!! Our pack rate them 6 paws!!!!
This place has gone way down hill, the place was Amazing when Dr. Lee was there. We will no longer be bringing any of our animals here, if you love your animals you won’t either.
They don’t take appointments so you simply Wait and Wait! Pitiful!
