Wish I️ could give it zero stars. We went there for my cat and they rushed us so much treated us and him like we were nothing. Took $700 to say nothing was fine. Had him looked at, at another vets office and he had 4 tumors and needed emergency surgery. Called to tell them and they just said oh and hung the phone up.
I love this location but not the colerain location.
Yesterday we had to put our sweet boy to rest. The employees treated my family so great. They made sure we had everything we needed and didn’t rush the process. (Which I️ thought we would have been sort of rushed because we took him so late in the day and they were closing soon, but they didn’t rush at all). They gave us our space when we needed it and they made sure to explain everything that was going to happen. Fort wright location is awesome, every visit from check in to check out has never been anything short from great. We have seen a few different vets and all have been amazing and kind. Dr. Katie Hogan is who we have delt with most and I absolutely can't thank her enough for her kind heart and her true genuine care for my Roxie girl!!
Our dog was diagnosed with stomach cancer and her kidneys were failing so there was little they could do for her so we made the tough decision to put her down. Noah's Ark was very respectful to us and did a fantastic job with her ashes and gave us a wonderful cute urn with a paw print if our dog and a card. Meant the absolute world to us in a tough time. Thank you Noah's Ark for your respect and hard work you did.
