Very happy with them. They were very helpful to me when I had to put my golden down. They made sure I under stood everything
Awesome staff, never been to a vet and always disowned them, but when I came in they were awesome with my dog, and are super dedicated to the animals. Even saw a lady that had her pet put down, and the workers up front couldn't handle it and stepped away for a second. True dedication!
We had to put our sweet baby down after almost 16 years. The staff here are the best we asked if they did paw prints and they said sorry we dont next thing you know one of the staff members came in with an ink pad to get our fur babys paw print to go on her certificate. Today we got a card in the mail from noahs ark with their deepest sympathy the thing that make me the most appreciative about it is that the card wasnt printed it was hand written and signed. So thankyou again noahs ark for all you do.
Dr Lee is awesome ! Our first time there with our 10yr old boxer was a hard time for us but Dr. Lee was so supportive and compassionate with us and our pet made things so much easier.
First things first, when you walk in, the receptionists are never friendly. Ever. Can I at least get a fake smile? Then I don't understand why i waited over an hour for my cat to be even looked at when there was ONE cat ahead of me. The vet I had was so detached and acted like he didn't give a crap about my pet or what was wrong. I'm absolutely taking all my pets to another vet because this place is a joke.
Have taken my fur baby there too and they are always nice with her too.
