My puppy had the parvo virus and i felt this vet was just trying to get money out of me.. I explained I was limited financially and couldn't afford a 1000.00 vet bill that didn't guarantee his recovery.. I was told they couldn't help me anymore unless I applied for their credit card which I refused due to financial hardship.. plus my dog would have been put in a cage and only checked on twice a day with no one constantly on the premises which I felt was cruel.. As sick as my dog was he needed affection and attention.. they s... read more

I don't know where to begin. Dr Lee helped us through a 2 month process with the result ending in losing our kady. The entire staff was wonderful. They respected our wishes o keeping her treatment simple we knew kidney failure and pancreatitis was a life threatening illness. So at age 5 we said goodbye. Two weeks later we adopted another dog from the shelter. She poor dog ended up having severe seperate on anxiety. He hate his way off a crate. Lost 4 teeth and was banged up. Dr Bay and her staff really were great last night taking care of my critically ill cat. We decided together the best thing to do was euthanize him due to his condition, the staff was very friendly and understanding allowed me to stay with my friend as long as I wanted to . I would like to thank everyone there for your kindness and I'm sure if Tiger was here he would have done the same. You are all great people!

We where going there for our dog bath, haircut, toe nails trim. We call and left a message. The women never called back. Call again a week later. The women Rita Datema was rude and snoddy and ask if she did our dog before. I said yes. She said well I'm just too busy to do your dog ever. I said okay and hung up. I went to Pet Smart. You get better treatment at Pet Smart. No Star at all for Noah's Ark. I had to put a star down to post this
