Hi Tony, Hi Greg, Rommel and Patrick did a great job from start to finish with my LEAF lease, and they were a joy to work with. I'll happily recommend to friends that they visit your dealership when they're shopping for new cars. However, I will caution them if they're bringing a trade-in. The initial offers from the manager who appraised my trade-in seemed to indicate that he thinks customers don't know what Kelly Blue Book is, or he doesn't realize that www.kbb.com exists and that most customers use it before visiting car ... read more
Didn't go in there to buy a car but to get some answers regarding the Leaf. After Nathan answered my questions, I felt I could get the Leaf now instead of waiting. Relatively satisfying experience. Take no offense but over the last 40 years of driving, there is a part of me that does not trust car dealers. Nathan did a great job - kept me from running out of there screaming.
Lawrence was very helpful. I appreciated the fact that he didn't push me to get the car, just that he was interested in helping me get the car I wanted. He didn't bother me or treat me like I didn't know anything about how buying a car works. Many car salesmen are "annoying" for lack of better words, cause they hound you and make you feel like they are trying to force you to buy a car. That will make me leave. So thank you for not doing that.
Worst customer service and car buying experience I've ever endured. I was treated like scum. I would NOT recommend. Had to get an attorney involved.
The sales experience was about as perfect as it could have been. I was well taken care of and had all of my questions answered. They were very fair with pricing, both on the purchase of the car and my trade in value.
We had a very pleasant experience. They showed us the cars that fit our criteria and we chose one that we've been very happy with.
I purchased a car here about 2 months ago and have been very pleased with it ever since. Every one I dealt with at Nissan of the Eastside was great, from the sales to the finance department. The car had been perfect and I look forward to many happy miles with it.
Dealing with the sales staff her was an informative low pressure experience. I returned the following day and was treat ed and helped just like before. I was pleased by that consistent good service.
