great job – Bought a used truck over the internet and phone from Brandon. He arranged for me to be picked up at the airport by Noel who was very nice. I tryed to give him a tip and he refussed it. everything was as stated . I was told about all the reasonable fees up front and had no issues at all. would buy again . Neil

Sleazy, Rude and Not trust worthy post sale experience. – I am very extremely upset with Nissan of Eastside in Washington. I help both my brother in law to purchase the car there and on the second purchase, I asked if they offer referral fee and the finance manager, Patrick say yes. After 2 weeks, I called and called, I finally have to drive to the dealership. When I ask about the promised referral fee of $100 (in gift card) he said it was already sent to me on Friday (I arrive on Saturday am) One week passed, and finally I ... read more

Horrible experience. Don't go There – Really bad service from the "service" department - bad customer service, bad mechanical service and bad representation. All around this dealership sucks. My first buying experience was horrible - but I accepted that because I thought I really wanted the car. Sadly I should have walked out of there before buying. Excellent Service Department – I cannot say enough about the excllent way Steve Wilson handled the service work on my car. First class care all the way. Clear , concise and up-front communication throughout the process. They went above and beyond the call of duty.

worst experience ever – I am so sorry to have ever step foot into this dealership! It doesnt even deserve on start. The employees are liars, have no customer service and take advantage of you. I will NEVER buy another car from there or have my car serviced at this dealership. The service department is a joke. And the finance guy....what an IDIOT!!!!! The Finance guy was the problem – I bought an Altima from them several years ago. My experience went well all the way until I met the frickin finance guy. When you first meet him, he's all nice and smiles. Then he start pressuring you to tack on all the extra options. I didn't give him to his stupid pressure and I told him straight up "no" to everything and before he could try sell me the next option. Don't Buy from Eastside Nissan @ Bellevue – I had a similar experience to Lopaka in that I got the car I wanted, but had to deal with a disreputable sales staff and a high pressure finance guy. The finance guy was all smiles and slime while giving me his schpiel, but as soon as I declined, his demeanor changed and he couldn't get me out of his office fast enough. Do not trust any verbal commitment by sales staff. – I recently purchased a 2009 Nissan Xterra online from Nissan of the Eastside at Bellevue, WA. The purchase experience was not a good one. Not Impressed there other places to take you Nissan – I had a extended service plan for my Armada and they tried to charge me 700 dollars on flushes for my transmision and my power steering etc. I was told by the service guy that theese were needed so I said ok. I then figured if it was needed it would be covered by the extended service plan. I tried to cancel the flushes but it was too late.
