From the minute I got off the phone with Lawrence, I knew that we were in good hands. We then came into the dealership and he would not give up on us. He made the deal work no matter what challenges landed in his lap. He made a awful lease that we had from NJ (we relocated) into a reasonable one in the Altima that we leased, and it better suited our current needs.

I knew the truck model and options I wanted. Nathan gave me a test drive in an inventory truck. I was confused about the Costco Program being limited to inventory only and about the factory allocation system for orders. But a week later my truck was found in Spokane. I got the truck for a price that I was hoping to pay and my trade-in for the price I was wanting. The truck was brought over and ready for my pick-up in 2 days. It was gorgeous - I have gotten very good comments about it.

I had a good experience working with Zach. He seemed very knowledgeable about the Leaf, answering most of my questions on the spot. He was prompt in following up with me on a few additional questions that I had. Overall I was pleased with the whole car-buying process.

Jimmy was amazing in helping get the nehotiations done before I even came in. I was able to come in and complete the purchase and drive away in my new Leaf in just over an hour. Super use of social media to conduct business and serve customers in a way that works for them.

I was really pleased with the overall experience especially leasing/buying my first brand new car and being 42 years of age. Randy was exceptional with his straight forward approach,honesty, great personnality and all the good information and advices that he gave me. I could tell right away that Randy is a genuine person and that helped me with my decision since the figure on the ad did not match with the numbers that the finance dept came up with. Was very happy with how I was received by Brownie. He did a good job letting me learn about the vehicle options without being rushed. I bought a car on the first day of researching options, so you guys must have done a good job :-). The only aspect of the purchase process which could have been better was that I was kept waiting for ~2hours to complete all the paperwork. Not sure I spelled his name right, but he is a terrific salesman and I am guessing a pretty terrific human being too. I also very much enjoyed Patrick in finance, who provided tips on my upcoming visit to Paris.
